Come Lord Jesus and raise ark builders in and for your church Gen 6:1-8, 13-22

6 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. 3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. 4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. 5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. 8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. 13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. 14 Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch. 15 And this is the fashion which thou shalt make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits. 16 A window shalt thou make to the ark, and in a cubit shalt thou finish it above; and the door of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; with lower,

 second, and third stories shalt thou make it. 17 And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die. 18 But with thee will I establish my covenant; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons' wives with thee. 19 And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep them alive with thee; they shall be male and female. 20 Of fowls after their kind, and of cattle after their kind, of every creeping thing of the earth after his kind, two of every sort shall come unto thee, to keep them alive. 21 And take thou unto thee of all food that is eaten, and thou shalt gather it to thee; and it shall be for food for thee, and for them. 22 Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he. Gen7:1,23 And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation. And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark. Gen 8:1 And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters assuaged;

The days of Noah

• Men began to multiply.
• Sons of God intermarried with the daughter of men.
• God decided not to strive with men.
• The days of man was cut down to 120 years.
• Man’s wickedness was on earth.
• All the imagination of man’s heart were continually evil.
• God repented making man.
• God’s heart was grieved.
• God decided to destroy both man, beast, creeping things and the fowls of the air.
• Noah found grace.
• When God found Noah, He shared His burden with Noah.
• He asked Noah to build an ark (as there was flood coming). This has never happened before.
• He gave Noah the specification.

Who are the ark builders?

• Ark builders are men and women who have been evacuated of the nature of the lower life.
• They are men that will receive instruction from the Lord as to how to build arks for the coming move of God.
• They are men and women that are willing to build according to God’s pattern.
• They are men and women who are willing to bear the pain and the shame of building ark for the coming of the Lord.
• They are men and women who are willing to bring in their households into this ark.
• They are men and women who are willing to permit men to come in into the ark according to God’s standard, and in accordance to His word.

What is this Ark? Christ is that ark, and God intend the church pastors, ministers etc to build Christ in everyone. For if Noah had not built the ark, how would there have been a continuity of a new breed of people and animals? Where are ark builders? Come Lord Jesus, and raise ark builders in your church.

Prayer focus

1. Help me not to be ashamed to be the odd one out.

2. Re-envision me for this ministry of ark builders (Discipling lives who are conformed to the image of Christ).

3. Come Lord Jesus to raise men and women who will build Christ in the lives of the members of the church.

4. Let this coming move of yours not vanish because there are no new breeds of men and women who are continuing the life of Christ.

5. Open divine doors to your Noahs in our days to build arks for the coming move of yours.

6. Cause your church not to wait till Revival before we start building arks.

7. Re envision your church to get her hands dirty with the business of building lives and not the church walls.

8. Come, Lord Jesus to our various churches and denominations and raise in your Church ark builders.

9. Come, Lord Jesus to our various churches and denominations and raise for your Church ark builders.

Come, Lord Jesus! And the Bride groom says “behold I come quickly!”
